Oh,I guess thats why It didnt work for me.Does anyone know what the problem might be when I try to make the PCK file and it says that the cache could not be processed and then it shows the .sm file for that song.Does anyone know how I could fix this problem? I tried downloading the songs that I had that problem for and it didnt help.So Im not sure whats wrong here. |

I came across a bunch of broken links and I'm not too sure how this whole process works so forgive me
I have the ITG PS2 .iso on my computer, but I'm not sure what to do next. I want to have 3 folders on my PS2 game, ITG, ITG 2, and Edits. I have all of the .sm files I want on my PC, I'm just not sure how to unpack and repack everything.
If someone can recap everything since the first post in a dumbed down tutorial I would love you |

OK I almost have everything working. The game boots fine and my new songs show up fine, but all of the songs I put on there are too fast. Everything is perfectly in sync, but the songs play too fast and the step charts scroll to fast. Has this happened to anyone else?
The original ITG songs still play fine, and everything else works normal.
*EDIT* It turns out I converted all of the audio files to 44khz instead of 48khz (according to WinAmp), could that cause everything to speed up? I hope 48000hz is the right setting lol
**EDIT 2** I'm getting closer haha. When I set the rate to 48000hz using Audacity then export it as an ogg, the ogg file is "sped up" just as much as it is on the PS2. How am I supposed to set the rate to 48khz without messing up . Or, are the ogg files supposed to sound messed up on the PC?
*EDIT 3* LOL this is kinda ridiculos. I'm using GoldWave because I don't think I was resampling right in Audacity. Everything is playing at 48khz at the right speed, but I noticed that it doesn't always go at 128kbps, I hope this isn't a problem |

OK Everything is good now except for loading times. It takes like two minutes to boot up and about 4 minutes to start a song, is there anything I'm doing wrong? |

For this problem, did you make a cache? Are your banners/bgs the correct sizes? How many songs do you have? |

I think maybe I just forgot to make a cache by accident. I redid everything aside from converting banner images and song files and it works alright now. There's a little extra load time for the songs I added but that's no problem, I LOVE THIS PROGRAM
I only added 17 songs I think (most of which are songs I'm not even close to passing like Bloodrush, Uber Rave, and Quasar ) but it's nice to finally have everything worked out. |

How do you do this? I've read this entire thread multiple times and none of this makes sense to me. |

I have a problem
(Im using Picture Resize Genius to do this)
I have a banner that is a JPEG. I'm trying to save it as a PNG, but when I save it, it's still a JPEG image! WTF? |

You make no sense.
*EDIT* It turns out you don't know how to work a PC (according to WinAmp) "I hope 48000hz is the right setting lol".
**EDIT 2** I'm getting closer haha. Do not change the playback rate. The playback rate is exactly what it sounds like. You're supposed to resample the whole thing. "Or, are the ogg files supposed to sound messed up on the PC?"
*EDIT 3* LOL this is kinda ridiculos. Oggs are not CBR, hence "that it doesn't always go at 128kbps, I hope this isn't a problem".

You have a problem. You're using a n00b program with the name "Genius" in it, and when you save it, you can't even select the correct output format! WTF? |

I am selecting the correct format! I'm trying to save it as a PNG, but it's not saving it that way. It resizes the image correctly, but it's not changing it to a PNG file. I don't know what's wrong with it. |

OK. I have a modified iso with all the songs from 1st-8th mix, ITG1 and 2(these are AC versions) and Mario Mix. I am missing a few of the D********.PCK files. If i take the 3 i am missing from the original ITG, will htat work, or do I have to get the ones made for that game. If that's the case I will get them from a friend, otherwise I will burn the game. |

You definetly didn't tell me that it was a modded ISO that you got. |
