|
|
So I ordered a brand new TX4000 from lik-sang and I suspect the pad or the 3 in 1 box to be DOA.
I tried it in my xbox first /w DDR: Ultramix, and no response from the pad.
I then thought I'd try it /w Stepmania on my PC... and no response in there as well.. THOUGH the computer made the little beep noise when you when your plug in a new USB device... Not sure if that helps?
This seems like it should all be plug and play... Especially with the xbox..
Anyone have any ideas or suggestions.. This kinda sucks |

Has anyone ever had any trouble with the 3 in 1 connector box for xbox/ps2/pc? |

I don't really know. But I figured that the pad wouldn't come broken, and I sometimes hear people who get metal mats online end up with dead control boxes.
But, I don't really know.... sorry man. |

youd think with all the trouble they go trhough with replacing dead Cboxes that they would just either invest in better chips or a better wave soldering unit to stop frying the chips _________________

I've lost my trust in lik-sang... Could someone recommend another site where I could purchase a new control box? |

Well, Liksang is not the manufacturer, is it?
Usually they replace stuff like that without much questioning. |

What made me lose my faith is the fact the I contacted them with-in 8 hours of finding out it was DOA and they have been flat out ignoring me. |
