Pandemonium Hard is, hands down, the hardest 11. But, as far as expert 11s go, I have to say that Monolith is the toughest.

Hardcore Symphony is majorly overrated. Hardcore Symphony is to ITG as Cartoon Heroes is to DDR. Seriously, the streams don't have candle steps, they don't make you twist and turn, and the song isn't overly draining. Oh wait, I forgot to mention that there are some breaks in case you can't keep up.

Whoever said Mythology is the hardest is probably wrong, but, whoever said Mythology isn't hard is WAY to good at crossovers. VERY twisty crossover candle streams. Very confusing and very annoying. Who cares if most of the song is pathetically easy, if you can't get past the last streams you can't pass it.

Oh yeah, I vote Pandemonium Hard as hardest 11. No joke....at all. That thing is a beast on stamina, footspeed, and is pretty jumpy with of course the typical Pandemoniumesque candles.

Hardcore Symphony - 92.21
Mythology - 98.42

Judging by my high score in each I'd have to say Mythology is pretty easy compared to HS. Unless you have some really big problem with SLOW crossovers Mythology is one of the easiest 11s to score.

Hardcore symphony does have candles. Not in the streams, but in the triples during 8th note streams. These plus the jump-step part is enough to be quite difficult. The long streams in HS are easy I must admit, but there's so much more to the song than these streams.

I don't see how Pandemonium Hard is difficult unless you have a stamina problem, which can easily be remedied by playing an active sport involving running.

Have you even played the song? The runs ARE the breaks. In between the runs you have constant jumping and twisting and fast candle stepping. The runs are just wiggling on the brackets a bit.

Yes, I have played it and I passed it the first time I tried unlike some other 11s which I believe to be harder (Pandy Hard blah blah blah etc etc)

agreed. the hs runs are very basic and require little foot movement for the most part.

im just going to list all of the 11s from easiest to hardest based on my opinion. go ahead and switch it around if you like, but here is what i think:

Charlene
Robotix
Xuxa
Utopia
Clockwork Genesis
Mythology
Infection
Destiny
The Beginning
Vertex^2 (hard)
Hardcore Symphony
July
Monolith
Pandemonium (hard)

Same here. I score higher on Hardcore Symphony than I do on July. I'd now say Monolith is hardest. Its streams aren't as long as those from other 11's, but its 196 bpm and lots of turns make it the hardest.

I'd have to say that vertex^2 is one of the easiest 11s. I mean, I've only played it once, and I easily passed it. It has nothing to do with footspeed or endurence. It's mostly just being good at very random and weird steps, and some very easy technicallity E1.gif

Also agreed. I comboed up to the secong slowdown (super slow string section) and stupidly missed a quad. disgust.gif
And then I expected the bassrush to AT least be a 16th run. Nope, that would be too hard for an 11, oh wait....

Vertex2 is really easy for an 11, but I guess it would be harder to read for a person who's only played DDR.

Pandemonium may be tiring, but Monolith and Hardcore Symphony are harder overall because they are more technical and the steps crossover occasionally, unlike Pandemonium.

I didnt know he had a ddrfreak account. He used to go the the same arcade as me.

Now to be somewhat productive:

Hardcore Symphony is not overrated. Neither is Cartoon Heroes.
