|

Okay, for a long time, people refer to Sakura and Bagas not being "real ten footers. i think that is just weird. If Konami deemed them worthy, why say they didnt? Yes they are not as hard as the others, especially Bag, but they are still challenging. Its like saying Inger Miller (one of the fastest runners in the world) is very slow because he cannot outrun a cheetah. _________________

Nobody's arguing that they didn't rate them as 10s. They're arguing that in comparison to other 10s, they're easy to pass.

Bag is hard for anyone who cares about PA.

That doesn't make any sense. At all. _________________

I think bag should stay a 10, because it's actually hard on x1, and it's even harder to PA.
Sakura is the only song that I think shouldn't be a 10... _________________

if i were to change the ratings of some 9/10 footers,
sakura would be a 9 (both single and double)
genom screams (double) would be an 8 or 9
bag would remain a 10 (too hard to read for peeps at that skill level)
daikenkai oni (double) would become a 10
hvam (double) would become a 10 |

No, every 3 business days!
And Sakura is a ten footer, stop complaining. The slowdowns, the fast bpm's, the crossovers that are not streams, the annoying freeze arrow and then ya gotta hit that stupid left arrow where I always screw up. Sorry. _________________

Like Mad Blast. And G2. |
IMeh, I'll agree with you on Mad Blast but G2 is defintely harder than Bag and Sakura. It's a good transition 10 which is what DDR really needs so I totally don't complain about the rating. A 10 doesn't exactly need to be as draining as MaxX Unlimited you know, you can have a 10 from technicality, odd footwork, or maybe short footspeedy sections (OH NOEZ! I just described ITG 10's!) _________________

Then why isn't Xenon a 10? |
Because Xenon is damn easy once you get the rhythm. No hard turns or particularly fast bursts to be found. _________________

Add a slow bpm and you have an easy 9 footer. PA is a little on the more difficult side. Hell, Wakka Lakka is more difficult than Xenon is. _________________

It's only one step at 14 BPM. It's not like you have to hit two arrows while holding the freeze.
Hey, that gives me an idea! Why not add a bunch of hands during the slow part? _________________
