I use my index fingers. I use others though, if I must press more then one key at once.

spread, usually 3 fingers, unless i do some awkward holds where i need my pinky finger.

Seems a lot easier to trill fast runs rather than to use two index fingers and drumroll (since i'm more of a piano player)

I used to do one hand, index and middle.
Then I went to two hands, just index.
Now I use two hands, Index and middle on both.
...Not quite sure what the technical jargon is for that.

Get my best scores on index, but I'm building up my spread skill so I can actually play charts that make sense spread but are woefully retarded index.

Yeah, some charts are just dumb/impossible with index. If anybody gets a AAA on MaxX Attack Challenge using index, I will personally give them a cookie

I'm a piano player so, as weird as this sounds, I use whatever. All my fingers are quite capable and I haven't really come across any charts that I've had problems with my fingers. If you're wondering, I AA'd Max Forever Challenge on a sightread, so the whole "whatever finger is nearest" mentality works.

depends on the mood i'm in, either indexes on the arrow keys, or four finger spread on the as;' keys.

I've been starting to do that as well. I actually usually use my middle fingers only, but during crazy hard streams, like Determinator or faster, I use middle and index. I can now FC 16ths at 250.

Thank you Franz Liszt and Frederic Chopin for making my fingers faster than most. biggrin.gif

Indexed, on two "pads" SCEF and J<IL. One for each finger. That way I can do crossovers and spins without my fingers getting all tangled.
