Ever had a time when you heard an ITG song and then thought to yourself, "Mmm, this sounds like ITG's answer to another DDR song"? We all know the obvious one, Disconnected, with its huge similarity to PARANOiA and loads of remixes, but do you think there are any other songs that fall under the same category? Post them here.

Well, I actually don't see much musical similarity in Disconnected and Paranoia, just conceptual similarity. I guess anything by Filo Bedo sounds really DDRish, no specific song, but DDRish all the same.

There are a few musical similarities in PSM and Vertex2, but nothing remarkable. I really don't see much musical copying or anything.

Stepcharts are a different story.....*cough Tribal Style*

Every time I see Monolith I'm reminded of Healing Vision Angelic Mix. The slowdown intro/outro's are quite similar, and the melodies seem at least somewhat similar as well.

Test My Best seriously sounds exactly like Touch Me, only 9 bpm faster and with a rap verse.

Go 60 Go sounds like a funky techno version of Little B!tch, probably because of the extremely audible, bouncy, ascending bassline.

HUH!? That song sounds NOTHING like Jet World. La Bamba, MAYBE, but not Jet World.

I was thinking of the vocals and guitar on that pairing.

No. Why would you think that? They're totally different songs.

Maybe its just me, but Era (nostal mix) and Hand Of Time seem ridiculously close. Same general speed 180 - 90. Same style of steps (Era heavy and HoT hard), and they just sound very similar. I also like them both, good stuff there.

Hand of Time seems more like Healing Vision to me.
