Same here, but I don't have any proof at all. _________________

I'm a "gotta-see-it-to-believe-it" kind of guy and so are many others here. A video is much requested. |

Here, just a sec... http://aaroninjapan.com/ddrvideos.html go to the one that says:

Download it. Watch it. Yeah, that's who Yasu is.[/quote] |

Woah! That's incredible, and it's probably the best DDR score I've ever seen! He must have spent forever memorizing the steps. _________________

I read that he started playing In the Groove. He's AAA'd Max 300 over 300 times by the way. He also got an extremely high score on Legend Road and he's ranked #1 in Japan. |

Well... Ryota doesn't play DDR so often now. It's been several weeks. His curious is in other things (playing with friends and brother, reading books, etc...).
I'll restart making his video when he's back. |

It's unfortunate that he doesn't play as much anymore; he was really amazing. Does he realize just how good he could be if he keeps with it? |

I think its okay. Breaks from DDR are good once in a while (I need one myself ). As long as he gets back to it, that's fine. I just hope he doesn't forget about it completely. |

Thanks. Sometime people need some 'rest'. Take a breeze and do other things. Ryota is having such a time. |

I'm saving this one to study. I can't believe I'm taking lessons from a five year old.
He's not an ordinary fella, that's for sure. |

actually, my little 6 year old cousin picked up DDR incredibly fast. he came over once and i let him play, after an hour he was playing 3's on light and after 2 getting B's and C's. Got a AA on overblast after 4 hours...amazing.
It seems young ones can pick up the game faster than anyone....sure faster than my 18 year old sister(shes played 6+ hours and still cant pass 90% of light songs..hehe). I'm guessing because they don't run out of energy as fast cuz they cant stomp the hell out of the pad and, well just have more energy!
THEY ARE THE FUTURE!! |

That's definitely a good thing. One of the first things I thought when I read this thread was "Wow, he could get to be really good....if he doesn't get burned out on it first." Seems like he's taking a break, which is definitely a good thing every now and again. _________________

i've taught mi little baby sister (she's 4yrs old) how 2 play DDR and she can do every song on beginner and 1 light but compare ur little dude to my little sis, even i would admit....she would get her butt kicked!
i am truly amazed! |
