Saving

After you're done playing and you exit the song selection screen, do you have to go to options and then save game to save? Or does autosave save your game after you exit the song selection screen? Thanks for your help.

You can go back to the options menu to save.

You can also turn on autosave and have the game save automatically for you when you exit the menus. I think that it also saves at regular time periods too.
