I have a stepmania machine that I no longer need... it is an old 3rd mix korean that was turned into a stepmania cabinet, sorta... ran off of my laptop...
i was wondering how much i could or should sell on ebay, just the empty cabinet, with extra external speakers (maybe), and Playstation Converted Pads, meaning that the stage has been altered so that it connects through a playstation controller port.
the pads are wonderfull sensitive... you can use your pinky finger and press down on them and they will light up...
how much could this thing go for and how much should i sell it for?
just wondering...
no i did not take it apart i was given it as a present. honestly.
EDIT: i do not have pictures because it is in storage... though... actually i may... let me look around through my external harddrives a bit

You're holding on to quite the desired item. It is, however, stripped of official game hardware (i'm assuming) so it would be considerably less (at least $1000 less) than a full machine.

Well YA. Considering you can buy a used cabinet and two dancing stages from channelbeat for about $1200.
Does it come with the monitor?

the machine has a tv versus a normal monitor.... the buttons could work if you set them up correctly but right now they do not...
would 2200 be a reasonable price? maybe i can start it off on that when i get the machine to my house since it is in storage currently... |

Well, having a TV instead of a monitor in there is another price drop. Monitors are known for sharper images and brighter colors next to a TV and they can also cost a considerable ammount more.
I'm requesting pictures of the inside of the cabinet and of the wiring done to the pads because I am somewhat interested in this item.
