I am wondering how do you hold your beatmania controller. Since I just got the game today, I have no clue how to hold it. I find Beatmania IIDX alot easier so I go on that. I usually have my pointer abd my middle finger on the 2 white buttons and same on the other. I do not know if that is correct, so tell me what is right and how you hold it. _________________

This should not have been a new thread. You should have posted this in one of the Beatmania threads (either the official one or the US release one).
I put my IIDX controller on my lap. I usually have an ottoman in front of me which I put my legs up on. I then have my IIDX controller comfortably on my lap.
I usually just hit the buttons with both my left and right hands. I don't play one handed. When there's a scratch, I move my right hand to do it. Then I try to hit the keys with my left hand as best as I can. _________________

I play on an ironing board. Better for your wrists than your lap, you can adjust the height to match playing at the arcade sort of, and you can play doubles with it. |

I hold the controller in one hand, using that thumb to scratch, and use the other free hand to cover all 7 notes. AHAHAHAHAHA.. seriously don't... google video IIDX to see how other people play it _________________

Sitting- I have a chair and put it on a TV tray.
Standing- I use a keyboard stand and set my Guitar Hero box on it, then put my controller on that. Also a perfect size for doubles. |

I use a TV table while sitting. It's complicated for me to use my lap especially on Anothers. _________________

I bought a ehavy-duty keyboard stand for my Popn arcade controller and I also use it for my IIDX controller. I can adjust it to arcade size height which is nice. |
