One time I played a warm up set of Vertex^2 expert, Summer expert, and then Pandemonium expert, but only because my friend didn't think I could do it. I got like an 86 on V^2, 92-ish on Summer, and 90-ish on Pandy.
Usually I just play a couple 10s to warm up though. _________________

do you even have a clue why runners run 1 or 2 miles before stretching :\ and they don't sprint. I'm not too familiar with runners running 1-2 miles either. Maybe a half a mile. |
Yeah, pretty much. Stretching is an after-warmup practice. I never said they sprinted, we never sprinted XD
And perhaps I was a little over-exaggerated about the 1 mile. half a mile sounds about right, it just didn't at the time. _________________

Once or twice I'll do a warm up of Pandy-Pandy-Pandy (all expert)
But I usually do HoTN, Delirium or another 12. |

I personally do 10's as a warm-up, but I agree. The Beginning as a first song isn't that bad. It's a good, mid-level 11. It's not like it's Hardcore Symphony or anything, but on the other side, its not Charlene either.
It's the people that say they do Pandy, Summer, and Vertex^2 as a warmup that scare me. Urgghh, I just got pwned.
If you're into 11's as a warmup though, I would suggest Utopia. It was weird rhythms to help you're fight into a reading mood, 16th runs to get ready for fast continuous streams, a few crossovers for some footwork (though they can be double stepped) and some well placed jumps for jumps steps and step jumps.
If you had to ask me what I thought the best warm up song of all time is though, I'd say Oasis Expert _________________
