Lets see... if I was on a camping trip and the group I was with ran out of sleeping bags and they told us to bring our own, then yea I would take two of those soft fabric dance pads, and lay in between them so I could be a nice comfortable DDR Sandwich. Other than that, no I wouldn't sleep on my DDR pad. _________________

well, i hadnt seen this thread so...
actually i HAVE slept on them (at the Oh Wow Nickel Arcade in Merced and CCL in Sacramento when i was the only customer there)
i'd much rather buy my own machine (which i will) and sleep on the pads instead of my bed. i used to always tell my friends at the arcade i'd do it someday, but i dont have the money yet. i will eventually... _________________

That to me seems like a stupid question. Think about the different ways it could ruin your pad. _________________

Al who hasn't slept in his real "bed" since Jan 19 2004...
I have my own machine in my room and that were I've been sleeping ever since...
psst... cover the stage first befor attempting this, arrows can get VERY cold at night. |
If you mean a true machine (cabinet and all) I'm going to murder you with my envy.
But I've slept on my Gamesis pads, yes. The polycarbonate arrows got a bit cold but after a while, I just shrugged it off and slept. _________________

OF COURSE!!!!! One time I got a new dance mat and I slept with it. I slept on one side of my bed, and my dance mat slept on the other side! LOL sounds weird, but that's how much I worship my DDR dance mat. _________________

I think you guys are getting the wrong idea here. I know "step" and "sleep" have similar letters, so maybe that's what confusing you folks. _________________

"Would you step on a dance pad?" Well,I think that's sort of a given with DDR,but don't take my word for it.It's definitely about "sleeping",y'know? Making with the Z's. _________________

Anyway, I went to a friends house and for some reason all i had for sleeping was a crappy blanket, so i did use a thin pad. Twas nice... _________________
