Problem with BNS DX XTREME Ignition

After seeing all the good reviews and praises for the BNS DX Xtreme, I decided to buy one. When I got it three weeks ago, it looked nothing like the picture on the site, though the foam was the same. However, the mat was great and lived up to its reviews, but today, the mat totally crapped out. The arrows work on and off- for one song, they work 3/4ths of the way through and then refuse to respond afterwards. For another song, the arrows don't work at all. Does anyone know the reason why the mat is like this? Does anyone know how to fix it?I expected WAYY more from this highly rated mat.

You might of got a faluty pad, I always found Igintions unreliable. I do have this pad and its still going and I had it for about a year but.. I think you got a 1 month warrenty because I got the BNS Fusion and they gave me a warrenty. If you still have it, return it and get a new one.
