What's on your feet while playing DDR?

i've always played without shoes on...
it just make me more accurate.... but now
when i play... i play for a while at a time...
and IT KILLS my feeties...
im trying to do it with my converses...
but its a pain...

Every year I get a new pair of Nikes and every year I DDR like crazy in them.

I tried DDRing in my old-skool red converse hi-tops, but they just don't have enough support for a big guy like me. (6'4'' 270lb)

[b] I play in socks, but one time I slipped when I was doing SO well on this one song and I TOTALLY messed up the whole thing! I was SO MAD... I think the song I was doing was Sweet Sweet Magic... after that I never slipped though

The shoes I play in are, Reeboks.
I'm a begginer, and am still on light mode.
But, when i go to arcade I use my Reeboks.
They have a pretty nice cushion, and have like a vent almost, on the top that allows a little air to get in. It's nice I guess

i had some weird ol' converse b-ball sneakers, they worked, but i have a hard time hitting jackhammers with em', so ive gone back to my ol' trusty nike running shoes.

I play without shoes, but I wear 2 layers of socks to cusion the impact. I find it works well and gives me more speed and freedom of movement than shoes.

When i'm at home i play in vans. I can't play in socks cause i have a CF... I just double knot my vans when i'm at the arcade....it works for me
