Hello everyone. I have a question that I need help on. I want to keep my frames per second to a steady 30 (about the same frame rate for NTSC TV). Right now, my video card supports 74-75 fps.
Reason I'm doing this is because I'm trying to capture stepmania in motion using Snapz Pro X. But there is a noticable choppieness in the exported movie. All help is appriciated.
