Functionally, it looks like it is similar to the Intec pad I reviewed. The changable surface is a good idea (the Intec surface is "permanent"), though I'm not a big fan of the two looks they provide.
Smooth surfaces take a little getting used to, and some claim they can't feel their foot position very well. I haven't had that problem, though, as there is some "give" over the contact patches. |

Yeah I think I know what you mean. Are the "contact patches" actually square like a normal size panel? _________________

I think the shippings a joke, and the "skins" look a lot like some pads Ive seen at keepgaming.com. _________________

As far as I can tell, the coverage area is pretty good. You don't need to hit the exact center or anything like that.
re Shipping: Almost all of the eBay pads bury the "real" price of the pads in the shipping costs. That is so against the rules, but they keep doing it. |

Any chance anyone here has actually played on one of these? I'm seriously considering buying a pair. No way can I afford a CF, but $130 for two metal pads sounds like a good deal, even if I have to mod 'em a bit. I'd appreciate if anyone could share their experience. Thanks! _________________
