What do you think? I think it looks kind of cool cause you can change the surface style. But I dont like that its 1 flat surface. It probably has a crappy control box and stuff like the tx1000

Functionally, it looks like it is similar to the Intec pad I reviewed. The changable surface is a good idea (the Intec surface is "permanent"), though I'm not a big fan of the two looks they provide.

Smooth surfaces take a little getting used to, and some claim they can't feel their foot position very well. I haven't had that problem, though, as there is some "give" over the contact patches.

Yeah I think I know what you mean. Are the "contact patches" actually square like a normal size panel?

I think the shippings a joke, and the "skins" look a lot like some pads Ive seen at keepgaming.com.

As far as I can tell, the coverage area is pretty good. You don't need to hit the exact center or anything like that.

re Shipping: Almost all of the eBay pads bury the "real" price of the pads in the shipping costs. That is so against the rules, but they keep doing it.

Any chance anyone here has actually played on one of these? I'm seriously considering buying a pair. No way can I afford a CF, but $130 for two metal pads sounds like a good deal, even if I have to mod 'em a bit. I'd appreciate if anyone could share their experience. Thanks!
