I did alot of searching on the forums and I've read all of the pad index threads too before posting so here goes...

I've had my fair share of softpads, I've maybe gone through 3 sets, my most recent pads are the soft kind with the stiff foam that gets zipped in underneath. These pads worked great but I can tell their just about ready to die on me. So it seems it's time to stop wasting so much on money on soft pads and buy some metal.

I have my eye in these from Ebay:

HERE

They seem to have the same construction as all the other metal pads anyone know anything about them or at least the company that makes them? Thanks for reading, any help is appreciated

$105 for shipping? With the total combined price you can save up an extra $60 or so and get a coblat flux. At that price why take your chances over a measly 60 bucks?

$105 is for shipping on two metal pads. I was looking to get two of these. It'd be well over $600 for two of the other ones you mentioned.

You propably knew already biggrin.gif.... but I'll say it. The pad which you where refering in the ebay is actually tx4000. The manufactuer is mayaflash.

Did you real all the comments in the TX4000/TX6000 thread?

I was thinking that as the pics of them were identical, I thought maybe they were knockoffs or something. I guess I need to read up on the tx-4000 and 6000 before I buy now. Thanks so much for the help.

I neglected to read that there were 2 pads. I guess that explains the shipping E1.gif

Seems like lots of tx4000 clones floating around out there.
