That's the one I'm talking about. It's not a RoXoR product, but it's endorsed by them I think.

I'm looking for a pad that has grip like the Official PIU:E pad, and one that's mostly a good pad for a while.

I like my Konami soft pad. I have never played on an offical ITG pad. Most most people don't think the Konami pad is that great. If you play flat-footed the pad is great (I play 9-10 footers). If you play on the balls of you feet, then a soft pad (regardless of the barnd) isn't a great option for you. Playing on the balls of your feet rips the foam and will last for like 1-3 months. Playing flat-footed on my konami soft pad has last the pad for about 1 year (but will soon be replaced with a shiny CF with the arcade mod
