It seems like the left arrow of my Tx-1000 has stopped responding...i've tried cleaning it and i'm not sure if it has to be resoldered or not...Can anyone help me?
I've found the problem....
Can anyone tell me if it's fixable? _________________

There are three possibilities.
1. Check the panels
2. Check the cable
3. check the Control Box
Most of problem come from Panel connection. if your pad has a problem on panel, GOOD LUCK. You have to open the back of the metal pad. |

yeah, I have a tx1000 and ive had alot of problems with my left panel also. And it ALL ends up being a broken wire or a poor soldering job by myself . But when I first got my pad in a few days the back arrow was always activated and that was my control box. Now my new control box doesnt work on doubles _________________

Yep. I have a tx1000 too, so I know u will have to solder it If you solder it well, it should be great.
PS: twist them together, and THEN solder over them _________________

I used to duct tape them (which works).
Now I solder and duct tape.
Also make sure that it wonât happen again by checking to see if the wire is being pulled or smashed into something (I usually go duct tape crazy to make sure stuff like that does not happen). _________________
