DDR3 (Xbox) Someone Help!

I just bought a DDR3 Ultramix for Xbox Console (Not 360) the big package that comes with the mat for $ 70... It was BRAND new, not 1 scratch, I just opened the game like a normal new video game, put it in the Xbox, and it loads for like 30 seconds and says "Xbox can not read this disc, please make sure it's an Xbox game, DVD, or Audio CD." What the hell?! I bought it at a video game store that's a chain (Game Stop) so it's obviously not a fake... What's going on? (I tried calling Konami, but they were closed, and I'll try again today, anyone know the problem?)

Have you even tried exchanging the disc at the store?
