That price is genious on Konami's part. For one thing, the bundle's a bit cheaper than getting ONLY a KOC imported with the prices in the market for it now. This means that now importers who wants an even better controller (from what's been said about it so far) will have to buy beatmania US anyways should Konami decide to keep beatmania a bundle for awhile. This is just assuming that importers decide not to get the game by itself because they'd rather stick to playing the IIDX games instead of supporting the US versions.

Even if the controller isn't better--if it's actually the same quality, maybe even a little bit worse--it's still more than worth the $20, IMO.

Me too, though I would rather get just the controller, since I don't need the game, and I got most of it's songs anyway. Then again, theres some songs that might not appear on another import of IIDX again, like Digital Mind. |

I guess I'm just going to have to wait and see what the scoring system ends up like.
What percentage of flashing greats do you need to get a AAA or AA in the arcade? I'm just thinking they're going to make the player need all flashing greats for a AAA and a full combo for a AA.
Man, I really kinda' hope they don't do that, but I have a feeling that since they dicked up the scoring on Extreme and Extreme 2 it would not surprise me if they dicked with the scoring for Beatmania.  |

That should have been AA or AAA?
So what are they gonna do with VJ Army scoring stuff? Like, would you just use a calculator to go from the raw scoring data to the "real" grade equivalent, etceteras?  |

Bundle has Game+Controller. I will look for a pic of the controller. Also, Gamestop has the bundle now listed as 64.99

From what I hear, it should have been about a "C".
So, I don't see where everyone's getting the FC = AA, All Perfects = AAA idea. If anything, it'll be EASIER to get the higher grades than in the JP versions.
Anyway, let's wait until we have it in our hands before discussing failures.

and eb games says 3/28
