Almost as lousy an idea as the DDR finger pads. >_>

Almost.

I chuckled a little bit after seeing it. It'll be interesting to see someone try triples or quads with that one.

At first I thought maybe this was a really early April Fool's Joke. With that not being the case, I just have one question... why? Did someone at Pelican look at Taiko Drum Master and DDR and think, "Hey, we should combine the two!"

*giggle* Sadly, seeing that link makes me kinda tempted. But I do wonder how you would pull off hands in ITG.

"Quick! Smash the controller with your chest, maybe you'll hit them all!"

Strangely enough, I like the DDR finger pads. The problem with these accessories is the novelty wears out quickly.

Someone should go online on Dance Dance Revolution EXTREME 2 with this controller. Do you think this will be detected as a dance pad or a controller?

I wonder how responsive it is, especially for doing freeze arrows. Do you just hold the drumstick down?

It's called you snap one of the sticks up really quick.

Have you people never seen people not use hands the right way?

Having had a chance to test this thing out, I feel kind of mixed. It works ok, I could handle So Deep on it, and I must admit that sounded nice, but when I tried Sakura....forget about it. If it drops below the 12 buck mark, I would pick it up just because, but for right now I would say avoid.

Actually this sounds like fun. Doubles and quads could easily be fun with this.

I'm trying to imagine someone hooking this up to SM and trying to beat A La Menthe, My Heart Will Go On, or Red Sign (one of the 20 foot charts for it) with this.

I might pick this up if it goes under $20, but it won't be the first thing I purchase.
