I can't read Japanese, so i'm gonna take a wild guess.

Is it a tournament consisting of all the Bemani games?? Hmm Drummania would be fun....

Strictly in Japan only.

The Bemani Top Ranker Battle is Japan-wide and through the use of the e-AMUSEMENT system. Four major Bemani machines: beatmaniaIIDX 12 HAPPY SKY, pop'n music 13 CARNIVAL, and GitaDora (Guitar Freaks and DrumMania, NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND!!!) V2.

As I know,there are 2 seats for HK/Taiwan/Singapore players on DM/GF side.So just see that is there any chance that we have an area qualifier.
(Or,need to wait until we have e-amuse in US?= =|||)

Anyway,the srea qualifier is kinda tough.
First round with White Tornado,TPPII and FSW...
