So I played DDR SuperNOVA tonight...

At Boomers in Irvine, CA.

The interface is definitely bemani, and subtley feels like Beatmania IIDX. The graphics are freakin sweet, and the songs are great too. It's weird watching a character dance on a platform with a wired grid background.

The pads the machine had were absolutely horrible though. And the timing was off for a lot of songs. It's the beta, so it's expected.

And Fascination MaxX is a very fast song. That is all.
