...and I've only had it for 13 days (it broke around the 9th).

The left arrow- heck, all of the arrows, from time to time, just don't register in time. It's strange... one second they'll be fine, and the next I'll have failed a song I usually AA (my standards are low, yes).

Is this common? To make things easier, here's my setup:

*Ignition 3.0
*using the USB attatchment provided
*into a Windows X.P.
*for Stepmania.

Is this a common problem, or should I take advantage of the warranty and get it replaced?

If you can, try it with a console version of DDR/ITG to see if it's a pad problem or a driver problem and go from there.

Personally I would take advantage of the warrenty and get your money back since the pad'll prolly die on you within a month anyways.

the 3.0 used cheaper foam in between the layers of mylar circutry so if its doing what you described in consol versions too (to rule out the chance of driver errors) then return it and get a refund (which might not be a bad idea anyway)
