I am in the process of building my metal pads, when i decided i needed to add the support bar in back. I was wondering if anyone had the specs on it, and ideas on how to make it removable, yet when needed, sucured to the pad. I need help. thanks

The bar is 1.5" thick. PErsonally, Id make the pad without the bar, but if you need one, drill those 1.5" holes in the pad and find a way to lock the bar in there TIGHT. Most bars on homepads suck because of this though.
