I ordered one of these babys http://www.ddrgaming.com/dance-dance-revolution-solidio-meta-dance-pad.html
i THINK its a 4000, maybe 5 or 6k, not real sure.

I was so happy when it finally arrived, Finally! DDRing without a stupid moving soft pad!!!

First day was fine, second day was fine.

Then third day rolls around, and an ANOYING issues pops up. Mainly located in the right arrow.

If im standing on the left arrow, and I step on the right arrow, the right arrow wont register. Which is obviously a main problem, because you have to do that alot. Also, you cant hit them at the same time. the l/r jumps for example, just dont register period.

Does anyone have any idea whats up?

You probably need to solder a wire. Take off the panel of the arrow that is causing problems. Check all the wires leading to the copper panel. If there's one that looks broken or about to break, solder it. If nothing AT ALL is broken or loose or disconnected slightly, it's your control box. If it's your control box, your seller might give u a new one for free. If not just buy one. But I think it's the wiring that needs to be fixed nerd.gif

Theres no broken wires, underneath each arrow all of the wires look fine. And i dont see how the control box could possibly be the problem, since the arrow works fine if you leave the left alone.

This is little offtopic, but: What do you guys think about this? I was playing stepmania and suddendly up-right corner arrow stopped to respond? I check the wires and they are ok... so what i can do? Do you think that control box might be broken?
