I don't know what it says, but it could quite possibly be the cutest little drawing ever! So kawaii!  And the 5th mix is my fave so it makes it all the better!

Ah, the naked Baby-Lon in a kiddie pool. Cute.
Yeah, Baby-Lon is a DDR character selectable in 5th Mix on the 1p side. That's the relevance. As for the text, I don't know any Japanese.

if I knew more kanji I might be able to tell what the whole thing said. first kanji mean hot and second means inside, together they mean "hot season". that third kanji means "to see" and I have no idea on the fourth or fifth. maybe something about seeing the hot season? I'll look up the kanji tomorrow at school (or ask my japanese teacher) and repost tomorrow ro something.

EDIT: I grabbed the school's kanji dictionary during my free period and tried to look up the kanji, found the last one but for some reason I must have wrote the pronounciation wrong or something since it's not coming up when I type it. wasn't able to find the second to last kanji tho, I'll ask my japanese teacher about it tomorrow.
