So. Here is my story and im sorry for my bad english:
I ordered my metal dance platform (tx4000) from play-asia, on 09. Dec, 2005 and it cames to me on Dec 15, 2005. First it was great but yesterday when i was playing suddenly my down, left, right and select button stopped to respond. I unplugged my mat from my computer and restart it and then restart stepmania. But the same broblem was on again. Then I went to the "test input" section and I noticed that all my arrows respond when the up arrow was pressed down. But as soon as I dont press the up arrow the other arrows dont respond, so i must keep the up arrow pressed down whole the time if I want to press other arrows and that`s very annoying and it makes the playing of game impossible I have tried to solve this broblem, but nothing helps. Please tell me some solutions if you know. |

Are you sure that you plugged the cable to the pad not upside down? |

either the cable's upside down or the control box is shot. |

What do you mean when you say that the cable is upside down? It only fits in one position to the pad, you cannot put it wrong way? |

The fact is that I dont know what will work to your problem. Changing control box might help. My tx4000 hasn't had any problems. |

I already solve the problem... black wires from the up arrow were cut off... Working perfectly |
