Back/Select/Start Box Malfunction - oplzsum1saveme

Okay, I started using my l33t Innex Inc Version 3.60 metal dance pads day before yesterday. One arrived with two of the 4 middle bolts ripped out of the wood, but that's not the problem.

One of the times I restarted the game and was on the menu, one of my pads out of nowhere started acting like the top and bottom buttons were both stuck. It isn't my pad tho, it's the Back/Select/Start box.

My box is actually missing two parts on the circuit board that my husband's has - a pill-lookin green thing, and a short wire with green plastic around it. So I suppose that has alot to do with my problem.

I'd say it's a case of You Get What You Pay For, but on this the third day, both of the actual pads are still functioning. I'm not counting on that being the case for much longer.

Lesson learned. $24.99 for a metal pad really is a little low.

The control boxes were shipped in different versions, so small differences shouldnt be a problem. Id contact the sender and get a replacement control box.
