Hello everyone,
I read there is work on a LiveCD for StepMania in the future, but for now, I was looking for any recommendations for Linux distros to use for a stepmania box?
I have some experience with Ubuntu, but there are so many distros and wanted to see if there were others that people would recommend over Ubuntu.

My friend has a stepmania machine (we hacked the innards of a DDR machine and put a computer in there), and I'm pretty sure the computer is running Ubuntu now. We started with Win2k but it runs much faster under Linux.

Very cool. Thanks for the vote for Ubuntu, overall it has been my favorite easy-to-use distro and glad to hear it works well for StepMania.
