You people need to stop associating Sweet World with Geico because it was on that Beyonce make-up commercial first.
By the way, Atom Bomb is on Wipeout Fusion. |

Music Pleeze: Some tv movie special commercial on the WB
Lipstick Kiss: commercial for the Ellen show
Spin Chicken: commercial for Dick Clark's Rockin' New Year's Eve special program.

Was it actually Vorsprung Durch Techno, or was it the well-known piece of classical music that Vorsprung Durch Techno is a recreation/remix of? I unfortunately can't remember the name, though -- any help, anybody? |

I believe the original is another Vivaldi composition... something from the Four Seasons, *double checks on Google* Yep, that's another section from Vivaldi's The Four Seasons, though this time it's the Spring section, 1st Movement. Here's a MIDI version of the original music. I didn't see the episode Maaax saw, but I'm guessing the Simpsons used the original Vivaldi piece, because that's a very well-known song. I had heard it in several places before I even knew what it was.

And that song is a remix of the song "L'amour est un Oiseau Rebelle" from the opera "Carmen".
I had a very odd ITG sighting that is probably just coincidental. Yesterday, I was in a marketing class watching a video that was talking about what we were going to learn in the class, and at one point in the video, there was some random CG animation playing in the background, and I noticed one of the clips from ITG in there. Specifically the one with the silver face with the "Matrix code"-ish text around it. I can't find a screenshot of the game with what I'm talking about, though. |

"L'amour est un Oiseau Rebelle" from the opera "Carmen". |
Oh, you're good.
How about Driving Force Classical? That one's been bugging me for a while now. Is it anything in particular, or just classical-inspired?
And then there's Tell-- nah, just kidding, that one was pretty much a giveaway.
How about Kakumei from DDR? I never got around to asking about that one. |

Kakumei is Chopin's 13th etude something-or-other, IIRC. I think I remember reading on some Digital Explosion site that DFC is inspired by classical, but not actually a remake of anything. _________________
