Vortz Hard black pad

So i just got a vortz hard metal pad becuase it seemed like a good buy. Well im playing with it for liek ten mintues and the top arrow stops responding. Can u fix it, cause im pissed off, ill probably return it if it doesnt work.

Vortz pad are a piece of crap, it'll be best just to return it

If it doesn't void your warranty, you can try opening it up and modding it.

But since it is probably a copy of a tx(insert random multiple of 1000 here) then you should return it and get something better.
