On a personal note I feel he's been doing a most excellent job. Moderator of the Month twice (while it was running), plus all the back-end work he does behind the scenes. Not bad for one of the members on staff for one of the shorter durations.

And if he was, the decision wasn't made on his video game preferences or even the fact that hes on ITG Freak.
