Ripping song banners/bgs from DDR DVD?

I used VB2Rip to rip some flawless music files from EX2 recently, and now I need the banners/bgs so that I can make some SM/DWI simfiles and send them to DDRUK for all to enjoy. E1.gif

Are there any utilities like VB2Rip that do graphics rather than music?

(I'm sorry if this is cleared up somewhere else.)

not 100% sure, but what about AFS Explorer's WEPicture Decoder?

The graphics are encrypted, there's no known way to get them from the DVD. At least publically.
