No it isn't. DDR is a GAME. Stop saying it's a joke, it's getting old.

And yes, DDR has been faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaading for a LONG time. Get over it.

DDR=Media attention to get people into the dancing game community.

ITG=WAVE OF THE FUTURE ONCE PEOPLE GET GOOD ENOUGH AT DDR THEY THEN TAKE THE STEP UP.

I drifted away from ddr for about a year or so, but now I cam coming back into it now that extreme2 and pump it up are available in the States. The only reason I quit was because the song lists sucked. Now though, they have some better song lists in my opinion. I might pick up itg although four hand slaps seem insane to me.

I love DDR, and since I only get to play it once in a while when I'm home from school it never seems to get old. I play a little ITG home version (I haven't been to an arcade with ITG yet, but maybe over semester break), but DDR is still fun and I don't plan on stopping anytime soon.

Yeah, I'm drifting away from DDR. Well, from dancing games in general. I still play both DDR and ITG from time to time, but I'm getting more into IIDX and Pop'n Music.

I still love DDR. There's been more ITG lately (I've been discovering more songs I like... man the previews don't do justice), since I still have plenty of insufficient scores on there. Once I have over a 90 on every 10 and under I can give it a rest though. After AAing everything on EX2 I lost interest, and the other CS versions I have are losing their value song wise. I hope to get some DDR imports soon, but really I just can't wait for BeatMania US.

Well, I frequent the arcade, but that's mainly to socialize. Sure, I still play the game, but I only play the few songs that still interest me. I would probably play a lot less if I could frequent an arcade with ITG.
