That was a Karaoke Revolution cover, not the license. |

That's the way that JP versions are, too. It makes it easy to tell when you're getting Goods or worse because it starts kinda flickering slower. _________________

Wow. Just wow. So the casual DDR player ('cause they're all over the place) is an idiot, too? And doing some of the more complex stuff in Tony Hawk is "button-mashing"? You're amazing, really.
I just came in to check on the release date stuff, but man, stuff like this really gets under my skin. I'm glad to see great games like Guitar Hero bringing more and more of the American gaming scene into fun and accessable rhythm games, but if the Beatmania population is mostly THIS, I might just decide not to support it in this town like I supported DDR and Guitar Hero.
Honestly, it's stuff like this that makes it difficult to defend the more hardcore gamers out there. And this is coming from your own bloody kind. _________________

given the rating of "Mild Lyrics" and "Suggestive Themes" perhaps they're keeping bikini pics and lyrics to songs like Schlagwerk unedited _________________

GETIT?
I doubt having Schlagwerk in there would result in a E10+ rating. Seriously, Schlagwerk [a] would easily bring out the T rating with the multiple f-bombs it drops.
I'm more willing to think that the E10+ rating is coming from the licenced songs, as opposed to the KO songs. |

I'd only be happy about that IF they left the singing intact. I don't want to play IoL on IIDX without the singing. That kinda...kills the point of the song. _________________

So I hear the controller is way better than the Japanese one.
I can't wait! _________________

im pretty sure that if a song in the game drops the f bomb even once it will automtically get at least a teen rating. but of course theres the possibility of getting an edited version of injection of love that isnt the hina mix that maybe just says love me or something instead (a la giudecca)
isnt the main difference between the controllers the rounded end on the American one? (and the supposed fix for sticky keys) _________________

Can you say Highs off You? Konami's gotten away with it before, why couldn't they again. Of course I, being in the population who hasn't ever played a non-american release, don't know if it's completely audible, I'm just saying that the ESRB can be just as ignorant as it has before. |

Yeah, for only 5 hours of the entire convention.
I got a short write-up on OrangeLoungeRadio.com _________________
