If it's to the 48 contiguous US states, it's $346.45. I live in Kansas, but shipping does not change if it's to one of the 48 connected states. If it's shipping outside the US, I believe you have to email them to ask for an exact amount.

It's resolved now, but they still have a backlog. I ordered mine on Oct. 20th and it just shipped on Wednesday. I suspect yours would likely go out in a few days.

The picture's not entirely accurate, as the box is flatter and the cord isn't as long. You can't trust the inventories of local stores either. I was just in a store today that had one in-stock, and the web says they have none.

Finally ordered my Flux today. Anxiety sets in heavily. I can't wait to finally have a quality pad that lasts.

just to let you know i bought my cobalt flux in january 2005 and got it a few weeks later in february. i was 220lbs back then and i would stomp the hell out of it since i had all the JP DDR Mixes and ITG. also upgraded it with the CF Mod Kit a few months ago. To this day it still works like a dream with no problems, way offs or anything of that nature. i recently broke the Control box(accidently streched it) and decided to buy a brand new box.

i stand fully behind the cobalt flux quality. i believe it will last for a long long time because of the sheet metal contact.

not that it's important but i started atkins diet in august and now weigh 175lbs. just wanted to throw that out.

In response to the previous 3 threads:

dark xuxa - I didn't get the warrantee, because as you said, there is little risk of it breaking, and if it does, it most likely will happen within the first 6 months. That's totally based on opinion though. If you think it's worth it, go ahead.

sequencial - After reading multiple threads over the converters, I narrowed it down to 2 to choose from. I'm getting a parallel adapter rather than a USB adapter because I've heard the USBs usually have timing offset changes or compatibility issues. The parallel adapter can be found here: http://www.buynshop.com/productinfo/45/VG-PS-PS2PC4/ and the drivers, here: http://www.aldostools.com/dpad.html
The best USB I read about was called a Trio Linker Plus. You can google that and find some places to buy it.

MAAAX - There's a massive thread on the CF fourms discussing people's wait times: http://www.cobaltflux.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=347&start=1600 It seems to me, the average is 3-4 weeks. Today is day 6 for me, and only 2 of them were business days frown.gif
