For modding a TX 1000/2000, after lifting up the arrow and pushing in the little white box, I need copper sheet metal to replace the aluminum foil underneath the arrow panel for greater sensitivity. I just have questions and if you don't know all the answers just tell me the ones you know.

Where could I buy copper sheet metal in the US? Home Depot?
How thick is the sheet metal?
How big are the strips that go under the arrow?
How would I apply them to the bottom of the arrow?

Actually you're probably not looking for COPPER sheet metal. The sheet metal that is best for this is stainless steel sheet metal, or galvanized sheet metal.

Most big hardware stores *should* have sheet metal (Home Depot, Lowes, etc.). You might also be able to get some from sheet metal fabricators in your area.

26 gauge metal is best, though 30 gauge should suffice.

10 inches x 10 inches with corners cut off.

Spray-on adhesive works (3M Super 77 or Super 90 spray works fine.)
