honestly none of them are

you are really and truly better off waiting till you can chip 100 bucks in and getting a Cobalt flux but if you HAVE to have a pad now the afterburner isnt complete crap sometimes (your either gonna get a good one of the first time or spend 2 months returing them till you get a good one) what ever you do do NOT BUY FROM EBAY

Well, technically an Afterburner is $199.99, but you'd be looking for closer to $250 with shipping.

Heres the deal. If I want to chuck a few hundred dollars of hard earned cash into any item I buy, I want to make sure its something that will LAST. Just because it worked great for a year doesn't mean it is worth it in my opinion. I have a pair of TX-2000's (450 shipped for the pair) and I would have been pissed if I didn't know how to make them work right. They're fine now after a roll of sheet metal, cat5 wiring, piles of lexan, gorrilla glue, duct tape, weather stripping and alot of time....but they break like eggs if you dont mod the hell out of them.

Yeah, I agree. I have a TX1000 plus a Red Octane one and I have to solder, tape and mod them up. They work fine. Actually in a few more months from now the TX1000 one I have will be a year old, it’s still going.

My friend got a couple of these:

Once they came I opened them up and modded them to make sure it wouldn't die within 2 weeks.
