DDR rip off - downloaded from Kraft (yeah the food) cheesy?

ok -
I took the bait and got the kraft soft dance pad off of their site. (shades of mcdonalds selling apples) then downloaded free games that use it. but I haven't been able to get it working with any other game but theirs. anyone else get it working?

they have this ddr rip off which is different cause the arrows scroll across the bottom, it hangs up sometimes too - but hey - it's free so whatever.
anyone else tried it.
I liked it once I got used to it. but it got hard, using corners on the higher level.
anyone else tried it?

Is everyone doing DDR rip-offs now?
1st it was dance praise or whatever...
Then in the mall i met these annoying guys with Russian accents who wouldnt leave us alone until we bought one of their ripped off video game simulations.
One of which took a Konami soft pad and they replaced the part that hooked the cable with the pad with something else that had 50 songs in it. The songs were all from mixes 1-3 or something like that. The graphics on the tv were worse than a TI-83.
OMG WTF.

The thing about ITGdirty ITG is that the makers put a lot of work and blood and sweat and whatnot into it, whereas these others are just feable attepts to make a marginal profit with little effort.
the worst is that jesus based one, i played it, the tyming is so off
