This game= ownage. totally worth the 70 bucks. but the limited songlist will probably get old after a while. especially since i dont like half of them... but ya its a great game.

anyone got any videos of them playing on expert mode?
i would like to see someone play something hard, im only on hard mode myself.... hopefully ill be on expert by next week

expert s like 2% harder than hard if you can do any songs on hard you can go rip up in expert too i got tired of fiddling with the last 3 songs on hard (and the two songs i dont have 5 star on in medium) and i blaized fomr 3 songs done to 10 songs done in expert without single failure

also so far the unlockible songs are all shit save for zack wylds song and the freeze pop song (ive ben more interested in playing songs that get me money) and honestiy if tehis stuff is the best of the boston rock scean someone burn it down quickly

Aren't most of the bands featured affiliated with Harmonix people somehow? I don't think it's these are the pinnacle of the Boston rock scene or anything like that.

The only "problem" with this game is that all the songs are covers. It's not really a problem since most of them are dead-on, but two or three of them have pissed me off (and only in the vocal sense; the guitar, which matters, is perfect).

But the perfect rendition of Ziggy Stardust is enough to make me say this is my favorite music game ever.

Yeah, a few of the covers in Karaoke Revolution are like that too. It's worse in that game because you sing the version of the song you know and then the cover artist ad-libs something else and you mess up. :/

Well, it's not that exactly; all the lyrics are correct, it's just the voices are off. Here are the songs I've actually noticed the off voices.

Franz Ferdinand - "Take Me Out" (sounds horrible)
Incubus - "Stellar" (sounds pretty good regardless, once you get past the intro)
Queen - "Killer Queen" (they fucked it up)
RHCP - "Higher Ground" (good for the most part, except the ending)
Jimi Hendrix - "Spanish Castle Magic" (vocals were taken off completely...although I'd rather this than messing up the voiceover)

my favorite sum 41 song fat lip is on there! wow, but like the person ^ above me said, fat lip's singer doesn't sound like the original song either.

ha, such a fun game, but i wish it is more like a regular guitar, because i was really wishing to play smoke on the water on a real guitar.

how does this game compare to guitar freaks? the controller, the songs? at least the songs on hero are original.

you could have linked, instead of copy and pasting. Oh well.

It's a fun game. I shredded so hard, that afterwards, I kicked my mom in the face.
