woa odd,  That is the only case I have ever heard of that happening. Those are like the nicest pads in San Diego right there, he keeps good care of them.

Odd, on the upload section, I just select the .wmv file and it uploads OK 
Also, -FoOtZ-, where is that arcade located (The one on your latest vid) It looks kinda fimilar

I've seen that happen at a different arcade, in California. It just means that the pad lights are miswired... they were probably hooked up backwards, accidentally.
Also, remember, during gameplay, it doesn't light up when someone steps, it lights up when they're supposed to step, whether they're stepping correctly or not. :S

Thanks for getting the timing down for me, foOtZ, haha. I'm going down this morning to get my *** on expert. Just asking though, is the tempo stop 5 counts at 150bpm? Seeing that you've already done it, its not too hard I bet; I wanted a vid of you doing it though (you read on 4x w/o mini?! You crazy man.)
