I need help with Stepmania 3.9 rc4 and ITG noteskins in CVS

I have just downloaded Stepmania 3.9 rc4 and my screen is way off-centered and shrunken. Also, my ITG 500Z theme will not run on it. How do I fix these problems? Also, I have the ITG2 (CVS edition) 3D noteskins, but the arrows are not animating and do not change color. How do I fix this noteskin?

well in the options menu you can recenter your screen. and load themes. But thats all i can tell you. I'm sure you already tried this though. if you didnt then WTF!!!!

perhaps recentering the screen manually when you play stepmania via the menu buttons on the monitor itself. But that also means you must set them back when are you done playing. a lot of trouble that can be >.<

But that would be an inconvenience. Well, I guess that I'll just dump the original Stepmania, discard the ITG theme, and just keep Stepmania CVS with the ITG2 theme. So much for keeping both games separate to have separate songlists. I figure that I'll just merge both songlists into ITG2. I didn't intend to use the ITG2 theme until next year. But now it leaves me with no choice. Sigh...
