Problem With CF Doubles Bar?

I just recieved my Cobalt Flux doubles bar today, and it didn't come with the manual like it should have...or at least, how the dance pad's manual tells me it should have. I'm a little confused about exactly how to set it up? The bar doesn't even match the length of the pad. I'm probably missing something obvious here, but any help would be appreciated.

Firstly, I have to be rude and tell you that this belongs in the dedicated CF thread (repost there if you want to be taken seriously).
Secondly, I must say that really sucks. My V2 CF manual came with complete doubles bar instructions. Wasn't it as simple as loosening the screws and inserting the bar? (don't respond to the question; that was rhetorical n stuff)

Yeah, CF official thread and all that.

I've seen one doubles bar, and it didn't exactly match the length of the pad, but the grooves were set in the correct spot. Loosen the screws on the right side of the 1P platform and the ones on the left side of the 2P platform. (But only enough to slide the doubles connector over those screws.)

Slide the doubles over the screws, and you're done.
