dollars to donuts you cna find a pinout for the connetor to the pad on either bemanistyle or gamefaqs once you do that building a cbox would be easy hardest part would be i have no idea of the power requirements of a real arcade pad versus what voltage the pins on a consol put out so you may have to run some kind of transformer or power suplly set up
