I really need help with editing songs I want to make a simfile on down to a shorter length. This thread is for posting help tips and maybe programs to use. Feel free to look at this to find help with any editing questions or problems.

Yeah, that is cool, but I need it to edit Track length, in addition to making it sound cool. If you can give me a different program or show me where in audicity I can cut length down that would be great.

You can just click on the soundwave to select portions of the track to edit. It can take a little work to get cuts to sound nice, though.

I use GoldWave when i edit songs. Its a trial version, but gives u enough time to churn out a few songs...
