I find it hilarious that until about a month ago, The entire state of Nevada had exactly 1 ITG machine.
You'd think they'd hold the championship some place with a happening ITG/DDR scene...
Edit: Ooh, now we have three ITG machines. Compared to a couple dozen barely-played DDR machines.

It's most likely that they're going to rent out a space in one of the many hotels or convention centers that are in Vegas. Plus, it's a very happening city. ;D

Yeah, most likely the Las Vegas Convention Center (very close to all three machines currently in LV), Green Valley Ranch Casino (they host the Major League Gaming and Fighting Game Evolution tournaments), or the Cashman Center (cheapest place in town, and they host Anime Vegas).

I got the prizes for my tournament on Thursday (two days ago), as the tournament I ran was today.

I believe the tournament has to be done before October or so, as that's when the ranking entries for their site are due.

The rankings have to be in by October 30 or 31. Therefore, it has to occur before or on that date.

I'm guessing either eight to twenty-four.

You can hold a tournament and be sponsored by RoXoR. The top three in each of those tournaments then go to the Regional. There are eight regions listed on their site. Thus, if they take the top people than it'll be eight, if it's the top two than it'll be sixteen, if it's three than twenty-four.

Actually, I believe it'll be a maximum of 72.

Nine regions have Regional Tournaments, and the top eight qualify from each. Granted, there's a good chance some won't want to make the trip to Las Vegas, but hopefully many still will.

do you think someone who is ok as far as masters at itg come would be able to get far in a tournament? I can do xuxa, vertex, and have been working at hardcore of the north. I hardly ever 90% anything, im just happy if i break 80. I know theres no way someone at my level can get to finals, but how far do you think i could get?
