how do you get characters to work on stepmania and don't give me a damn link I just whan and answer. _________________ I'm not the best but I'm a DDR nerd.

well since you dont want any links.... i'll just tell you

Characters will only run if you download the "bones" files, which will basically tell the characters how to move during a song. These files go in the folder "Stepmania/Characters." After downloading these bones files, then you may download actual characters and place them into the folder "Stepmania/Characters/<Character folder name here>."

that's really just about it
